Once work begins, we coordinate contractors, suppliers, materials, schedules, costs, and site activities while keeping a close eye on progress and quality.
5
Monitor & Report
Our team remains present on the ground, conducting site visits, documenting progress, identifying issues, and providing you with clear updates, photographs, and reports.
6
Complete & Handover
We coordinate the final stages, including inspections, outstanding works, documentation, and handover, helping ensure your project is properly brought to completion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you develop property I already own?
Yes. You can work with us whether you already own land, have an existing home that you want to renovate, or have a property you want to develop or transform. We can assess your objectives and determine how we can support the project.
Do you provide reliable architects and engineers?
We coordinate the appropriate professionals required for your project, including architects, engineers, consultants, and other specialists. Where specialist expertise is required, we work with qualified and reliable professionals and coordinate their work around your project's objectives.
Can you manage the entire construction process?
Yes. Depending on the scope of the project and the services you engage us for, TATARI can coordinate the development from planning and design through procurement, construction, monitoring, completion, and handover.
How will I know what is happening on my project?
You receive regular updates throughout the project, supported by site reports, photographs, videos, progress information, financial updates, and details of any decisions requiring your input. Our goal is to give you a clear view of what is happening on the ground without requiring you to be there.
How do you manage contractors and suppliers?
We help identify suitable contractors and suppliers, coordinate their engagement, monitor their work, and follow up on schedules, costs, materials, and deliverables. We also maintain oversight throughout the project and raise issues when work or performance does not meet expectations.
Can you help me in cost control?
Yes. We help establish realistic budgets, compare quotations, monitor project expenditure, coordinate procurement, and track costs against the approved budget. When significant changes or unexpected costs arise, we bring them to your attention so you can make an informed decision.
How do you control the project budget and reduce wastage and misuse?
When you're managing a construction project from abroad, one of the biggest concerns is whether your money is being spent as intended. We create accountability around project spending by establishing an approved budget, documenting purchases and expenses, comparing supplier quotations, and continuously monitoring costs throughout the project.
We use technology wherever practical to give you greater visibility and control. Project budgets, expenses, procurement, progress, site activities, and quality checks can be tracked digitally, creating a clear record of what was planned, what was spent, what has been completed, and what still needs attention.
Our team also provides on-the-ground oversight. We verify materials and work where appropriate, monitor contractors and suppliers, and maintain supporting documentation for project expenses. Significant changes, unexpected costs, or expenditures outside the agreed scope are brought to your attention before proceeding, where practicable.
This combination of technology, documentation, and physical oversight helps reduce unnecessary spending, identify discrepancies early, and create accountability throughout the project.
You should know where your money is going, what it is paying for, and whether it is actually reaching the project.
What happens on the completion phase? How do you handover the project?
TATARI can coordinate the final inspection, outstanding works, documentation, and handover of the completed project. Once the property is ready, you can also transition into TATARI's Property Management services, allowing the same team to continue caring for and managing your property. But this is solely at your discretion.
